1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app GymHardr ("App", "Service") operated by Taizen Labs LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use GymHardr. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

You may input workout data, body measurements, and other materials ("Content") into the App. You retain all ownership rights to your Content. By entering this data, you grant Us a limited license to store and process it solely for providing the Service to you (e.g., displaying your progress charts).

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Taizen Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

GymHardr is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, any payments will be processed via Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Always consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taizen Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any physical injury resulting from exercises performed.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. External Links

The App may contain links to third-party sites or services not owned or controlled by Us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
