- Health & Fitness Data: Workout logs, exercise history, body measurements, and related metrics you choose to track.
- Automatically Collected Data: Device information, IP address, app usage, and analytics via Google Analytics for Firebase.

We use your data to provide and maintain the App, manage your account, save your workout history and measurements, analyze usage to improve our features, communicate updates, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers (Google Firebase, Google Analytics) to host data and analyze app performance.
